How we did it


When we took over the account, we identified the importance of creating a new account structure that accommodate the competitive differences/advantages there were on products and brands at the customer.

Increasing the volume on the most essential areas of the customer’s business made it possible to create significant growth reflected in the business entirely.

The account already used Smart Bidding takeover. Afterward, we implemented a new Smart Bidding strategy that gave us control over the brands and products we wished to push for maximum value.

In close corporation and dialogue with the customer, all parties realized that we, with a great advantage, could adapt the structure of the corporation from the initial corporation agreement.

With the new structure, we achieved great success with gaining the maximum potential from what we assessed was present during their busiest period. 

It was a crucial decision that sparked great satisfaction from all parties and made the corporation even stronger.
