S\u00e5 bliver det januar, og alle l\u00e6gger nye planer for \u00e5ret. Hvis du fejler her, er din SBA-strategi ligegyldig.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Maksimale budgr\u00e6nser<\/h3>\n<p>Hvis du bruger dem, s\u00e5 l\u00f8sn op for dem, inden Black Week starter. Kampagnebudgetter<\/h3>\n<p>Dette virker indlysende, men s\u00f8rg for, at du ikke er begr\u00e6nset af budgettet. Specifikt for Performance Max skal du \u00e5bne op for dine budgetter tidligt. Derefter beregner den, hvad budstigningen var sidste \u00e5r, hvad SBA&#8217;en burde have v\u00e6ret baseret p\u00e5 \u00e6ndringen i konverteringsraten, og endelig, hvad den optimale SBA er, n\u00e5r man tager h\u00f8jde for din faktiske ROAS-performance i forhold til dit m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Logikken er simpel: Hvis den ROAS, du ramte p\u00e5 en given dag, var lavere end dit m\u00e5l, betalte du for meget, og du har brug for en lavere klikpris. Hvis din ROAS var h\u00f8jere end dit m\u00e5l, lod du penge ligge p\u00e5 bordet og burde have budt h\u00f8jere.<\/p>\n<h2>Eksempler fra den virkelige verden: To modsatrettede Black Friday-scenarier<\/h2>\n<p>At se p\u00e5 data er \u00e9n ting; at oms\u00e6tte dem til en plan er noget andet. Her er to helt forskellige konti, der viser, hvordan dette fungerer i praksis.<\/p>\n<h3>Case A: Problemet med for lave bud<\/h3>\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste, der sprang i \u00f8jnene p\u00e5 denne konto, var, at vores ROAS var meget h\u00f8jere end m\u00e5let onsdag, torsdag, fredag og l\u00f8rdag. Det lyder m\u00e5ske godt, men det er et klassisk tegn p\u00e5, at vi b\u00f8d for lavt.<\/p>\n<p>Her er hvorfor: Vores klikpriser steg slet ikke nok. P\u00e5 selve Black Friday gik vores konverteringsrate fra en baseline p\u00e5 2,85 % til 7,89 % (en 3x stigning), men vi h\u00e6vede kun vores klikpriser med 25 %. Det var ikke nok. Vi gik glip af en enorm m\u00e6ngde volumen.<\/p>\n<p>Den anden store fejl er tydelig i dataene: Vores klikpriser fortsatte med at stige efter Black Friday. Vi endte med en h\u00f8jere klikpris den efterf\u00f8lgende mandag, end vi havde p\u00e5 selve Black Friday. Det er et no-go. Det betyder, at Smart Bidding s\u00e5 de h\u00f8je konverteringsrater og fortsatte med at skubbe spend, selv efter at eftersp\u00f8rgslen var forsvundet.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16711\" src=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screen-Recording-2025-12-18-at-09.51.24.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"233\" \/><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 her er vores plan for i \u00e5r baseret p\u00e5 analysens output:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tirsdag:<\/strong> Konverteringsraten begynder at stige. Vi starter med en <strong>20 % SBA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Onsdag:<\/strong> Analysen foresl\u00e5r 42 %, men sidste \u00e5rs lave klikpriser forvr\u00e6ngede det. Jeg vil v\u00e6re mere forsigtig og s\u00e6tte den til <strong>30 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Torsdag:<\/strong> Lignende performance som onsdag, s\u00e5 vi holder os til <strong>30 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fredag:<\/strong> Det er her, det eksploderer. Analysen anbefaler 60 %. Jeg vil planl\u00e6gge med <strong>60 %<\/strong>, men i praksis starter jeg sandsynligvis dagen p\u00e5 40 % og skruer den op til 60 % i l\u00f8bet af dagen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u00f8rdag\/s\u00f8ndag:<\/strong> Performance er fortsat st\u00e6rk, men AOV faldt sidste \u00e5r. Jeg vil v\u00e6re lidt mere forsigtig og s\u00e6nke den til <strong>20 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Denne plan skaber en meget sundere CPC-kurve med et ordentligt peak om fredagen og uden et efterf\u00f8lgende overforbrug om mandagen.<\/p>\n<h3>Case B: Overforbrugs-vanviddet<\/h3>\n<p>Denne konto var det stik modsatte scenarie. Og ja, det var en, jeg selv styrede. P\u00e5 Black Friday var vores m\u00e5l 600 % ROAS, og vi ramte 427 %. Ikke godt. Vi blev alt for ivrige sammen med annonc\u00f8ren og brugte alt for mange penge.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rsagen? Vi gik ind i Black Week med et ROAS-m\u00e5l, der var for h\u00f8jt. Det bet\u00f8d, at vores indledende klikpriser var for lave. P\u00e5 f\u00f8rstedagen af udsalget s\u00e5 vi masser af potentiale og en god samlet ROAS, s\u00e5 vi sagde til systemet &#8220;k\u00f8r, k\u00f8r, k\u00f8r&#8221;. Analysen foresl\u00e5r 47 %, men jeg ved, at vi g\u00e5r ind med en sundere start-klikpris i \u00e5r, s\u00e5 jeg s\u00e6tter den til <strong>30 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Onsdag:<\/strong> Lignende konverteringsrater som tirsdag, s\u00e5 vi holder den p\u00e5 <strong>30 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Torsdag:<\/strong> Konverteringsraten stiger igen. Vi \u00f8ger til <strong>40 %<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fredag:<\/strong> Vi s\u00e6tter denne til <strong>60 %<\/strong>, igen sandsynligvis startende lavere og med en stigning i l\u00f8bet af dagen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u00f8rdag\/s\u00f8ndag\/mandag:<\/strong> Konverteringsraten forbliver h\u00f8j. Jeg vil bringe SBA&#8217;en tilbage til torsdagens niveau p\u00e5 <strong>40 %<\/strong> for at opretholde en stabil performance uden at overforbruge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En lille note: Disse tal er fra europ\u00e6iske konti. Cyber Monday er meget st\u00f8rre i USA, s\u00e5 din tilgang kan v\u00e6re anderledes.<\/p>\n<h2>Glem ikke timevisningen: En afg\u00f8rende faktor p\u00e5 Black Friday<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r du har din dagsplan, er du ikke f\u00e6rdig. Jeg l\u00f8b t\u00f8r for tid til at bygge timeanalyse ind i scriptet, men du er absolut n\u00f8dt til at g\u00e5 ind p\u00e5 din konto og gennemg\u00e5 time\u00e6ndringerne fra sidste \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16715\" src=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screen-Recording-2025-12-18-at-10.19.24.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"355\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I Case B (kontoen med overforbrug) viste timegrafen pr\u00e6cis, hvorn\u00e5r vi gik i panik. Klikpriserne var stabile om morgenen, s\u00e5 besluttede vi, at vi ikke fik nok klik og &#8220;skruede helt op&#8221;. Antallet af klik steg, men ROAS styrtdykkede. L\u00e6ringen for i \u00e5r er krystalklar: Uanset hvor ivrige vi bliver, m\u00e5 vi ikke overskride en bestemt CPC-t\u00e6rskel. Deres klikpris forblev flad hele dagen p\u00e5 Black Friday og faldt endda om aftenen. De s\u00e6nkede ikke deres SBA; det, der sandsynligvis skete, var, at deres konkurrenter overhalede dem.
