Det er ikke en performance-gennemgang eller et dybt strategisk dyk. Det er et simpelt, proaktivt tjek, der sikrer, at alt k\u00f8rer, som det skal, s\u00e5 jeg kan vende tilbage til mine reelle projekter i stedet for konstant at reagere p\u00e5 henvendelser fra annonc\u00f8rer.<\/p>\n<p>Nogle vil mene, at man kun beh\u00f8ver at g\u00f8re det her to gange om ugen. Problemet med den logik er, at livet kommer i vejen. Hvis dine tjek ligger mandag og torsdag, kommer du uundg\u00e5eligt til at springe et over. Pludselig er der g\u00e5et en uge. M\u00e5ske misser du ogs\u00e5 det n\u00e6ste. F\u00f8r du ved af det, er der g\u00e5et uger, og et lille problem er blevet til et stort.<\/p>\n<p>Du \u00f8nsker ikke at opdage, at noget er galt, efter du allerede har brugt 100 % for meget p\u00e5 en kampagne. Du vil ikke finde ud af, at Merchant Center har afvist 15 produkter, der st\u00e5r for 20 % af din ugentlige oms\u00e6tning, fra din annonc\u00f8r. En simpel fejl, et afvist produkt eller en kampagne, der ved en fejl er sat p\u00e5 pause, kan g\u00e5 ubem\u00e6rket hen i dagevis. N\u00e5r du endelig opdager det, har du tabt betydelig oms\u00e6tning eller spildt en stor del af dit budget.<\/p>\n<p>En anden almindelig fejl er udelukkende at stole p\u00e5 et overordnet dashboard. Du \u00e5bner dit dashboard, ser at du ramte g\u00e5rsdagens m\u00e5l, og antager at alt er fint. Det er en faldgrube. Det overordnede tal kan nemt d\u00e6kke over et alvorligt underliggende problem. M\u00e5ske overspender din brand-kampagne massivt for at kompensere for en non-brand kampagne, der er blevet sat p\u00e5 pause. Lad v\u00e6re med at kigge p\u00e5 den.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00f8getermer:<\/strong> En enkelt dags s\u00f8getermsdata er irrelevant i 99,99 % af tilf\u00e6ldene og er ikke engang fuldt ud pr\u00e6cis s\u00e5 hurtigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budgetter:<\/strong> Personligt er dette en separat opgave for mig. Hvis du er n\u00f8dt til at tjekke dine budgetter dagligt, g\u00f8r du m\u00e5ske noget forkert med din budgivningsstrategi. Den eneste undtagelse er, hvis du er lige ved at ramme dit m\u00e5nedsbudget, men selv da ville jeg betragte det som en separat daglig budgivningsopgave, ikke en del af dette sundhedstjek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Min 15-minutters eksekveringsplan<\/h2>\n<p>Du skal ikke overt\u00e6nke eksekveringen. Jeg ved, at mange af os straks kaster os over scripts og automatisering, men hvis du kun har en h\u00e5ndfuld konti, kan du n\u00f8jes med at bogm\u00e6rke de sider, du skal tjekke. Hvor mange produkter er aktive? Hvor mange er afvist eller begr\u00e6nset? I morges lavede jeg mit tjek og s\u00e5 en stigning i afviste produkter. Nu ved jeg, at der er et problem, der skal l\u00f8ses i dag.<\/p>\n<h3>Trin 2: Sundhedstjek p\u00e5 kampagneniveau<\/h3>\n<p>Dern\u00e6st \u00e5bner jeg den prim\u00e6re kampagneoversigt i Google Ads, indstiller datoperioden til &#8220;I g\u00e5r&#8221; og sammenligner med &#8220;Forrige dag&#8221;. Jeg har gemt et kolonnes\u00e6t kaldet &#8220;Dagligt Tjek&#8221;, der kun viser Klik, CPC og Omkostning. Jeg sorterer efter omkostnings\u00e6ndring for at se, om noget har \u00e6ndret sig dramatisk. Har en kampagne brugt 140 % mere end dagen f\u00f8r? Er en anden stoppet helt med at bruge penge? Det giver mig mulighed for at se den reelle forretningsm\u00e6ssige effekt. Hvordan var den samlede oms\u00e6tning i g\u00e5r? Hvad var vores salgsomkostning fra Google Ads? Hvis vores m\u00e5l er at ligge under 15 %, og vi ligger p\u00e5 10 %, fort\u00e6ller det mig, at tingene er sunde (og at vi m\u00e5ske endda har r\u00e5d til at v\u00e6re mere aggressive).<\/p>\n<p>Det var det. Hele processen tog mig omkring fem minutter, mens jeg skrev dette, og jeg fandt et reelt problem med afviste produkter, der skal l\u00f8ses.<\/p>\n<h2>Den gyldne regel: Lad v\u00e6re med at fikse noget under selve tjekket<\/h2>\n<p>Dette er den vigtigste regel. Dit 15-minutters tjek bliver til en opgave p\u00e5 en time. N\u00e5r du s\u00e5 s\u00e6tter dig ned for at g\u00f8re det i morgen, t\u00e6nker du: &#8220;Jeg har ikke en time til det her,&#8221; og s\u00e5 springer du det over. Fald ikke i den f\u00e6lde.<\/p>\n<p>Find problemet, tilf\u00f8j det som en opgave, prioriter det sammen med dit andet arbejde, men lad v\u00e6re med at afspore selve tjekket.<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00e5dan skalerer du processen til flere konti<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du har mange konti, kan du ikke gennemg\u00e5 denne manuelle proces for hver enkelt. Det ville tage hele dagen. L\u00f8sningen er at bruge et simpelt script, der tr\u00e6kker de n\u00f8gldata, du har brug for (Klik, Omkostning, CPC fra i g\u00e5r), ud i et Google Sheet. Derefter kan du bare scanne regnearket for uregelm\u00e6ssigheder.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ops\u00e6tte betinget formatering til at fremh\u00e6ve enhver kampagne, hvor omkostningen har \u00e6ndret sig mere end 50 % fra dag til dag. Det giver dig mulighed for at gennemg\u00e5 dusinvis af konti p\u00e5 f\u00e5 minutter. Jeg er ikke stolt af at indr\u00f8mme, hvor mange gange jeg tidligere har ladet noget k\u00f8re i en uge eller to, fordi alt p\u00e5 overfladen s\u00e5 godt ud. Jeg gravede ikke dybere, kun for at opdage, at en kernekampagne ikke l\u00e6ngere virkede, eller at en brand-opdeling var g\u00e5et i stykker. Vores performance var god, men den kunne have v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 meget bedre. Beg\u00e5 ikke den fejl.<\/p>\n<h2>[TL;DR]<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00f8r det dagligt.<\/strong> Et 15-minutters dagligt tjek er bedre end et tjek to gange om ugen, fordi der er mindre risiko for, at du springer det over og lader problemer vokse sig st\u00f8rre over flere dage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fokuser p\u00e5 stabile metrics.<\/strong> Tjek kun Klik, Omkostning, CPC, backend-oms\u00e6tning og kontoafvisninger. Undg\u00e5 forsinket data som konverteringer eller st\u00f8jende data som s\u00f8getermer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Det er et sundhedstjek, ikke en performance-gennemgang.<\/strong> M\u00e5let er at spotte ting, der er i stykker (overforbrug, pausede kampagner, afvisninger), ikke at optimere performance baseret p\u00e5 \u00e9n dags data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fiks ikke problemer under selve tjekket.<\/strong> Find et problem, opret en opgave til det, og g\u00e5 videre.
