Jeg har ogs\u00e5 lanceret konti, hvor der absolut intet skete \u2013 ROAS gik i st\u00e5, volumen udeblev, og vi kom dybest set ingen vegne. F\u00f8rst vil jeg guide dig gennem det framework, jeg mener, de fleste annonc\u00f8rer b\u00f8r bruge, n\u00e5r de lancerer en ny konto. Til sidst deler jeg min personlige opskrift \u2013 den pr\u00e6cise, flertrins-proces, jeg selv bruger. Min metode bygger p\u00e5 manuelle f\u00e6rdigheder, som, helt \u00e6rligt, 90 % af account managers i dag hverken har eller har brug for. Vi taler ikke om at lancere en helt ny webshop fra bunden. Vil Smart bidding fungere der? Kan markedet b\u00e6re endnu en spiller? Men vi har allerede svar p\u00e5 de mest kritiske sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kan produktet rent faktisk s\u00e6lge?<\/strong> Hvis det s\u00e6lger i Danmark, er der 99 % chance for, at det ogs\u00e5 vil s\u00e6lge i Sverige.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Har I marginerne til at konkurrere?<\/strong> Igen, hvis forretningsmodellen fungerer p\u00e5 \u00e9t marked, vil den sandsynligvis ogs\u00e5 fungere p\u00e5 et lignende.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Er der product-market fit?<\/strong> L\u00f8st.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Med en helt ny konto for en ny virksomhed ved du reelt ikke, om nogen vil have det, du s\u00e6lger. Det er et fundamentalt sv\u00e6rere udgangspunkt. Det g\u00f8r ikke denne playbook mindre v\u00e6rdifuld, men det betyder, at du skal tage h\u00f8jde for de ekstra eksistentielle ubekendte.<\/p>\n<h2>Kerneudfordringen: At starte uden data<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r du lancerer en ny konto, har du ingen data. Ingen data betyder, at du ikke har adgang til de v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, der g\u00f8r Google Ads effektivt i dag, nemlig Smart bidding.<\/p>\n<p>Smart bidding er effektivt, fordi det optimerer over tid. Hvis en s\u00f8geterm eller et produkt ikke konverterer, s\u00e6nker det buddet. Hvis en kampagne er ineffektiv, omfordeler det budgettet. Det h\u00e6ver konstant buddene for det, der virker, og s\u00e6nker dem for det, der ikke g\u00f8r. Men i starten har det ingen signaler. Det er tvunget til at byde det samme p\u00e5 alt.<\/p>\n<p>Dette er den st\u00f8rste udfordring, du skal overvinde. Hele din indledende strategi b\u00f8r bygges op om at l\u00f8se dette dataunderskud s\u00e5 effektivt som muligt.<\/p>\n<h2>Din indledende ops\u00e6tning: De 5 grundl\u00e6ggende beslutninger<\/h2>\n<p>For at komme fra nul til en datadrevet konto skal du tr\u00e6ffe fem centrale beslutninger p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. G\u00f8r du det rigtigt, bygger du et solidt fundament. G\u00f8r du det forkert, kommer du til at k\u00e6mpe mod systemet i m\u00e5nedsvis.<\/p>\n<h3>Beslutning 1: Produktvalg (alle vs. udvalgte)<\/h3>\n<p>Der er to skoler her. Den ene side argumenterer for, at du b\u00f8r lancere med alle dine produkter, fordi du ikke ved, hvad der vil virke; starter du for sn\u00e6vert, risikerer du at satse p\u00e5 de forkerte heste. Den anden side mener, det er vanvittigt dumt at lancere alle dine produkter, n\u00e5r du ved, at 10 % af dem st\u00e5r for 90 % af oms\u00e6tningen. De skaber sj\u00e6ldent de f\u00f8rste konverteringer og kan forurene dine data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anvend 80\/20-princippet.<\/strong> Hvis 20 % af dine produkter st\u00e5r for 80 % af din oms\u00e6tning, s\u00e5 start der. Dette g\u00e6lder is\u00e6r, hvis du har data fra andre kanaler som Meta eller wholesale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spring over kategorier med h\u00f8j trafik og lav konvertering.<\/strong> Du kender dem godt. De tiltr\u00e6kker mange klik, men bliver sj\u00e6ldent til salg. Undg\u00e5 dem indtil videre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sandheden er, at Smart bidding med tiden vil finde ud af, hvad der virker. Du skal ikke r\u00f8re Display, YouTube eller Demand Gen s\u00e5 tidligt i processen. I starten er Google Ads et spil om s\u00f8gehensigt; lad v\u00e6re med at spille de andre spil endnu.<\/p>\n<p>Min rangering her vil sandsynligvis overraske dig, is\u00e6r hvis du ved, at jeg generelt mener, at dedikerede Search- og Standard Shopping-kampagner sl\u00e5r PMax. Med Standard Shopping skal du starte med manuel budgivning, og realiteten er, at otte ud af ti af os ikke l\u00e6ngere er dygtige nok til at k\u00f8re manuel budgivning effektivt. Du kommer til at byde for lavt p\u00e5 de vigtige auktioner og ikke s\u00e6nke dine bud hurtigt nok p\u00e5 dem, du b\u00f8r undg\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>PMax lader dig springe den manuelle fase over, hvilket er en enorm fordel, n\u00e5r du ingen data har. Hvis du har meget lave konverteringsv\u00e6rdier, kan det v\u00e6re et bedre valg at starte med &#8220;Maksim\u00e9r antal konverteringer&#8221;, men for de fleste er &#8220;Maksim\u00e9r konverteringsv\u00e6rdi&#8221; det rigtige valg.<\/p>\n<h3>Beslutning 3: Kampagnestruktur (forenkl, forenkl, forenkl)<\/h3>\n<p>I n\u00e6sten alle tilf\u00e6lde vil jeg have dig til at starte med en enkelt PMax- eller Standard Shopping-kampagne. Den eneste undtagelse er, hvis du lancerer p\u00e5 et stort marked, hvor du ved, at volumen vil v\u00e6re enorm (f.eks. en udvidelse fra Danmark til Tyskland). Ellers er en enkelt kampagne vejen frem.<\/p>\n<p>Logikken bunder i vores kerneudfordring: data. Hvis du splitter din sp\u00e6de str\u00f8m af data p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af tre kampagner, vil det tage tre gange s\u00e5 lang tid for en enkelt kampagne at f\u00e5 nok data til, at Smart bidding bliver effektivt. Dit f\u00f8rste m\u00e5l med en ny konto er at f\u00e5 Smart bidding til at fungere korrekt. En sund kampagnes budget b\u00f8r v\u00e6re sat 20-50 % h\u00f8jere end dens daglige forbrug for at give Smart bidding plads til at man\u00f8vrere. Men n\u00e5r du starter, har du ingen anelse om, hvorvidt du skal bruge 650 kr. eller 65.000 kr. om dagen. Du er n\u00f8dt til at s\u00e6tte en gr\u00e6nse.<\/p>\n<p>Dette f\u00f8rer til to almindelige fejl:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>At s\u00e6tte et budget s\u00e5 lavt, at det kv\u00e6ler kontoen fra start.<\/li>\n<li>At s\u00e6tte et alt for optimistisk budget, der bliver lukket ned efter to uger med d\u00e5rlige resultater.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dit startbudget skal v\u00e6re en balance. Det skal v\u00e6re h\u00f8jt nok til at generere cirka <strong>10 konverteringer om ugen<\/strong>, men lavt nok til, at du er tryg ved at bruge det i <strong>tre m\u00e5neder uden en eneste konvertering<\/strong>. Den sidste del kan v\u00e6re smertefuld at h\u00f8re, men du har brug for et budget, der giver dig mulighed for at v\u00e6re t\u00e5lmodig og undg\u00e5 drastiske panikhandlinger.<\/p>\n<p>Nogle gange g\u00e5r regnestykket bare ikke op. Hvis din m\u00e5l-CPA er 3.250 kr., er et budget p\u00e5 10 konverteringer\/uge 32.500 kr. om ugen, eller 390.000 kr. over tre m\u00e5neder. Jeg kender ingen annonc\u00f8r, der er tryg ved at br\u00e6nde det bel\u00f8b af uden afkast. For de fleste konti er et godt udgangspunkt omkring <strong>1.000 kr. om dagen<\/strong> (30.000 kr.\/m\u00e5ned). Det er ofte det rette sweet spot.<\/p>\n<h3>Beslutning 5: Budstrategi (fra dataindsamling til ROAS)<\/h3>\n<p>Du har startet din PMax-kampagne med &#8220;Maksim\u00e9r konverteringsv\u00e6rdi&#8221;. Algoritmen er nu fokuseret p\u00e5 at bruge dit budget p\u00e5 de auktioner, der mest sandsynligt vil klare sig godt. N\u00e5r du har nok konverteringer til, at Smart bidding kan g\u00f8re sit arbejde, er det tid til at udvikle strategien.<\/p>\n<p>I starten vil din ROAS v\u00e6re lav, og dit forbrug vil sandsynligvis v\u00e6re under budget. Efterh\u00e5nden som Google finder vindende auktioner, vil ROAS stige, og forbruget vil vokse. Det er dit signal til at g\u00f8re to ting:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>S\u00e6t et ROAS-m\u00e5l.<\/strong> Du vil gerne bruge mere, men ikke med det forf\u00e6rdelige afkast, du startede med. Ved at s\u00e6tte et m\u00e5l fort\u00e6ller du algoritmen, at den skal opretholde et grundl\u00e6ggende effektivitetsniveau.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For\u00f8g budgettet markant.<\/strong> N\u00e5r du rammer en fornuftig, stabil ROAS, skal du fjerne budgetloftet. Lad algoritmen finde s\u00e5 mange konverteringer som muligt til din m\u00e5l-ROAS. Vi lancerede et nyt land for en annonc\u00f8r, hvor ROAS startede p\u00e5 1,5x, men inden for f\u00e5 uger, da vi \u00f8gede budgettet, kravlede den forbi vores m\u00e5l p\u00e5 3,5x. Kontoen lettede, forbruget voksede, og det blev et top-fem marked. Det sker, n\u00e5r der er en klar eftersp\u00f8rgsel, og du udfylder et hul i markedet. I Frankrig var s\u00f8getermerne helt forkerte. Folk s\u00f8gte efter moderne smykker, men vi viste dem dyre vintage-smykker.
