Dette er bl.a. men ikke begr\u00e6nset til:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brugeradf\u00e6rd for alle s\u00f8geord (Tid p\u00e5 websted, afvisningsprocent, sider per bes\u00f8g etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Brugeradf\u00e6rd for annoncepositioner<\/li>\n<li>Brugeradf\u00e6rd for de forskellige annoncer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hvis det er et e-handelswebsted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den direkte oms\u00e6tning p\u00e5 de forskellige s\u00f8geord og annoncer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oms\u00e6tning<\/strong> per klik<\/li>\n<li>ROI udregninger p\u00e5 s\u00f8geords- og annonceniveau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hvis dit Google Ads bureau mener, at disse data er overfl\u00f8dige b\u00f8r du ikke arbejde videre med dem.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ingen faste rapporter eller klare svar omkring resultater<\/h2>\n<p>Sp\u00f8rg ind til hvordan det foreg\u00e5r med nuv\u00e6rende kunder, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder rapportering. Hvad er proceduren og hvad kan forventes mht. dialog.<\/p>\n<p>Her skal du f\u00e5 et klart svar, der giver dig et 100 % overblik over hvorn\u00e5r I har statusopkald, samt hvilke rapporter, der ops\u00e6ttes med mhp. at afl\u00e6se resultater.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Referencer \u2013 Ord siger mere end et billede<\/h2>\n<p>Dette punkt er nok \u00e9t af de vigtigste og er samtidig universelt for alle services, samt produkter.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f8rg for at se skrevne udtalelser fra andre kunder og ring til \u00e9n eller to af dem.<\/p>\n<p>Lad dig ikke n\u00f8jes med hverken logoer eller en lang liste over kunder, der har et p\u00e5st\u00e5et samarbejde. Find ud af hvilke resultater de andre kunder har f\u00e5et og hvor lang tid det tog for resultaterne at komme.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Google ringer sj\u00e6ldent ud<\/h2>\n<p>Og lad s\u00e5 lige runde af med at sl\u00e5 det fast \u00e9n gang for alle.<\/p>\n<p>Google ringer meget sj\u00e6ldent ud, som det er p\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt.<\/p>\n<p>Jo, Google har et dedikeret serviceteam i b\u00e5de Danmark og i Dublin til danske kunder, men n\u00e5r du f\u00e5r et opkald fra disse vil du ikke v\u00e6re i tvivl.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8rste gang du f\u00e5r et opkald fra Google vil du blive pr\u00e6senteret for kontaktpersonen og dern\u00e6st modtage kontaktoplysningerne p\u00e5 vedkommende. Disse personer er til for at hj\u00e6lpe dig og du vil aldrig modtage en faktura for support eller arbejde foretaget af repr\u00e6sentanterne fra Google.<\/p>\n<p>Google vil heller ikke bede om adgang til din konto, da de allerede har den (vigtigt punkt).<\/p>\n<p>Google ringer derudover ogs\u00e5 kun til kunder med et stort Google Ads forbrug og Google Ads bureauer. Har du et forbrug p\u00e5 20.000 kr., 30.000 kr. etc. om m\u00e5neden vil du ikke blive kontaktet af Google.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal h\u00f8jt op og det skal v\u00e6re et stabilt forbrug.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opdatering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siden dette blogindl\u00e6g blev skrevet er Google blevet mere villige til at ringe ud.
