Det er billigere, og lige meget hvor t\u00e6t et samarbejdet du har med dit bureau, er det i sidste ende <strong>meget nemmere at arbejde sammen med en der sidder overfor dig<\/strong>, end en der sidder et andet sted.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8r du tror at dette bare bliver en lang sm\u00f8re om hvorfor at in-house teams er d\u00e5rlige, skal du vide at vi tilbyder flere forskellige services, s\u00e5 vi kan samarbejde med annonc\u00f8rer p\u00e5 flere forskellige niveauer: roadmaps, in-house sparring, og aktiv Google Ads optimering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Derfor har jeg ikke en st\u00e6rk mening om hvad der er det rigtige at g\u00f8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In-house teams kan v\u00e6re gode. Bureauer kan v\u00e6re gode. Det kommer an p\u00e5 et par n\u00f8glefaktorer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hvilke kompetencer har du in-house? Kan du st\u00f8tte\/coache en in-house medarbejder?<\/li>\n<li>Hvor nemt er det for lige pr\u00e6cis din virksomhed at ans\u00e6tte til de stillinger?<\/li>\n<li>Kan bureauer bidrage med noget unikt, som du ikke kan tilkomme in-house? (v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, adgang, viden, frameworks).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jeg er uenig med mindsettet om at en PPC manager kan g\u00f8re det samme som et bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Eller at du kan ans\u00e6tte en PPC manager, og s\u00e5 aldrig t\u00e6nke over at opkvalificere dem eller give kvalitativ feedback, hvilket jeg uddyber senere i artiklen.<\/p>\n<p>Men f\u00f8rst, argumentet for at tage bureauets service in-house:<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h.97ojbt6w5a4f\">Hvilken kernekompetence er din virksomhed baseret p\u00e5?<\/h2>\n<p>Jeg h\u00f8rte engang en taler, tale om hvordan at det var afg\u00f8rende at hans virksomhed havde alt styring af digital marketingindsatser internt som kernekompetence. <strong>Han udfordrede alle tilstedev\u00e6rende til at g\u00f8re det samme<\/strong>; at det ville v\u00e6re billigere, hurtigere, og bedre internt.<\/p>\n<p>Han argumenterede for at hvis han kunne g\u00f8re det, s\u00e5 kunne alle andre ogs\u00e5. Han argumenterede ogs\u00e5 for at han skulle arbejde ekstra h\u00e5rdt for hver enkelt person han ville ans\u00e6tte.<\/p>\n<p>Ved du hvor mange personer der var p\u00e5 hans team? 31. Ja, 31!<\/p>\n<p>De er den sjettest\u00f8rste webshop i danmark.<\/p>\n<p>Og han havde nerver nok til at sige at alle kunne\u2014<strong>BURDE<\/strong>\u2014ans\u00e6tte in-house personale til alle marketingindsatser.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/giphy-26.gif\" alt=\"giphy 26\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/agt-americasgottalent-YmQAE1TJYolZFAqwAl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GIPHY CREDIT<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Det forslag er fuldst\u00e6ndig uden for realiteten som mange mellem st\u00f8rrelses virksomheder befinder sig i, for ikke at n\u00e6vne mange af mindre virksomheder der var i blandt publikum.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Men <strong>han havde et pointe p\u00e5 trods af hans meget ensidige verdenssyn<\/strong>. Du burde vide hvilke kernekompetencer du har kompetencer til at styre internt, som vil give dig en konkurrencem\u00e6ssig fordel.:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jeg har talt med virksomheder hvor <strong>stifteren er god til Google Ads<\/strong>. Deres konto er sat op 80% af vejen, og k\u00f8re med gode, stabile resultater.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 et tidspunkt hen af vejen, pr\u00f8ver de at ans\u00e6tte et tilf\u00e6ldigt bureau fordi det er hvad man burde g\u00f8re, ikke? Frig\u00f8r mere af stifterens tid til at fokusere p\u00e5 hvad personen er gode til\u2014at drive virksomheden. Det er bare s\u00e5dan at: bureauet n\u00e6sten altid fejler.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 ans\u00e6tter de nogen internt til at styre ops\u00e6tningen, og <strong>de tvivler meget p\u00e5, hvorfor s\u00e5 mange virksomheder v\u00e6lger at bruge bureauer<\/strong>. Folk med st\u00e6rke kompetencer indenfor regneark, over-middel matematikkompetencer, og en hungre efter at l\u00e6re, vil uden tvivl v\u00e6re i stand til at l\u00e6re Google Ads i l\u00f8bet af et par \u00e5r ved at k\u00f8re deres egen konto.<\/p>\n<p>Med en stifter eller head of marketing <strong>som er god til Google Ads betyder at man nemmere kan ans\u00e6tte til den stilling<\/strong>. Du ved hvordan du skal bed\u00f8mme om en person er et godt eller d\u00e5rligt fit. Det katalyserede en fantastisk virksomhed til at f\u00e5 stjernestatus.<\/p>\n<p>Det er s\u00e5dan et vigtigt perspektiv n\u00e5r man t\u00e6nker p\u00e5 omr\u00e5der du burde have in-house. Hvis omr\u00e5det er s\u00e5 vigtigt for din virksomhed at det er en konkurrencem\u00e6ssig fordel, s\u00e5 vil det uden tvivl for\u00e5rsage problemer p\u00e5 den lange bane at outsource det omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n<p>Et andet synspunkt er at n\u00e5r du tager omr\u00e5der der bliver set som v\u00e6rende konkurrencem\u00e6ssige fordele in house, s\u00e5 vil du dedikere mange flere ressourcer til at opbygge de f\u00e6rdigheder. Som resultat vil det \u00f8ge udbyttet af det at have f\u00e6rdigheden internt.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h.3lvd60lagkzk\">In-house teams har fordelen af sj\u00e6ldent at v\u00e6re begr\u00e6nset p\u00e5 tid<\/h3>\n<p>De er en del af forretnings m\u00f8derne. De lever og \u00e5nder for de produkter som de s\u00e6lger.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 n\u00e5r de ser en god ide, er de meget mere tilb\u00f8jelige til at relatere det til deres egen virksomhed og t\u00e6nke over m\u00e5der de kan bruge det p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Det er noget du ikke f\u00e5r med\u00a0<em>de fleste\u00a0<\/em>bureauer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In-house<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>teams er n\u00e6sten altid bedre til at t\u00e6nke ud af boksen<\/strong>\u00a0ved bredere emner.<\/p>\n<p>I et bureau, k\u00f8ber du et specifikt framework. I nogle tilf\u00e6lde, er frameworket lavet specifikt til at hj\u00e6lpe dig med at t\u00e6nke ud af boksen. Men som oftest er det ikke. Jeg har set in-house folk komme med initiativer som vi aldrig ville have foresl\u00e5et.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h.a5wbcx37u6u2\">Det kommer alt sammen an p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelse<\/h2>\n<p>Du kan ikke tale om outsourcing vs. in-house uden at kigge p\u00e5 en virksomheds st\u00f8rrelse.<\/p>\n<p>Fordi at st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 en virksomhed spiller en k\u00e6mpe rolle, n\u00e5r det kommer til at ans\u00e6tte\u00a0<strong>og holde p\u00e5<\/strong>\u00a0in-house talent.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg kender mange folk som er g\u00e5et in-house og elsker det.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg kender mange som er g\u00e5et in-house og l\u00f8bet skrigende bort.<\/p>\n<p>Det samme p\u00e5 bureau-siden selvf\u00f8lgelig.<\/p>\n<p>I mange tilf\u00e6lde, kom det an p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelsen af virksomheden ift. om de kunne lide at arbejde in-house eller ej.<\/p>\n<p>Jo st\u00f8rre virksomheden, jo mere arbejde er der og jo mere sp\u00e6ndende opgaver er der.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/The-bigger-the-company-the-more-work-there-is-and-the-more-exciting-tasks-there-are.jpg\" alt=\"The bigger the company the more work there is and the more exciting tasks there are\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jo mindre virksomhed, jo mere stagnere du i en specialiseret stilling, s\u00e5 n\u00f8glen er at have et bredt omr\u00e5de af ansvar.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h.g6bf7wkhrwh3\">Det er ikke kun guld og gr\u00f8nne skove<\/h3>\n<p>Nu er det tid til at jeg tager min bureau-hat p\u00e5 og tale lidt om ulemperne.<\/p>\n<p>Det her er ikke til at afskr\u00e6kke af dig. Det er for at du ogs\u00e5 forst\u00e5r nogle af udfordringerne ved at ans\u00e6tte in-house teams.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h.ogwjj9rn73ug\">De bedste in-house medarbejdere kommer til at kede sig<\/h2>\n<p>Dette er meget paradoksalt. Medmindre du er verdens Momondo, Nike, eller Casper, s\u00e5 vil dine in-house medarbejdere komme til at kede sig ved at skulle lave de samme ting \u00e5r efter \u00e5r. Dette betyder, at de begynder at udvide deres ansvarsomr\u00e5der til andre omr\u00e5der af din virksomhed, hvilket er fantastisk!<\/p>\n<p>Og det er pr\u00e6cist det du gerne vil se fra din in-house stjerne marketingmedarbejder.<\/p>\n<p>Men det betyder ogs\u00e5 at der vil v\u00e6re mindre og\u00a0<strong>mindre fokus p\u00e5 hvad de deres oprindelige ansvarsomr\u00e5der var<\/strong>. Alle de penge du sparer ved ikke at betale et bureau for at lave alle de mindre opgaver bliver pludseligt ikke lavet overhovedet.<\/p>\n<p>Dette er en k\u00e6mpe udfordring for mange in-house stillinger.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h.2wto75focsek\">Jamen, Andrew &#8211; bare ans\u00e6t en junior!<\/h3>\n<p>Den g\u00e6ngse l\u00f8sning er at ans\u00e6tte en junior. Og det vil ogs\u00e5 virke i nogle tilf\u00e6lde.<\/p>\n<p>Men det er ikke en magisk pille.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg lister hurtigt nogle af udfordringerne:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior PPC specialisten er ikke god til at l\u00e6re andre op, s\u00e5 performancen falder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Senioren er ikke god til at styre en junior, hvilket skaber sp\u00e6nding, og senioren st\u00e5r tilbage og er overv\u00e6ldet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Den originale udgift er nu \u00f8get med 50-70% og betyder m\u00e5ske at et bureau har bedre en ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Junioren laver store fejl som senioren bliver n\u00f8d til at fikse (hvis senioren overhovedet opfanger fejlene), hvilket igen efterlader senioren overv\u00e6ldet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Og mange flere. Dette er scenarier som\u00a0<em>gode<\/em>\u00a0bureauer har perfektioneret. De interne processer omkring ans\u00e6ttelse, opl\u00e6ring, og styring er kernen i et godt bureau. Ikke i alle in-house teams.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h.qqyxrlb50p36\">Ans\u00e6ttelse af in-house kan v\u00e6re skadelig for din virksomhed<\/h2>\n<p>Jeg har analyseret mange konti for meget velkendte webshop-virksomheder hvor hele Google Ads ops\u00e6tningen har v\u00e6ret bygget op af <a href=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/dk\/blog\/webshops-og-dynamiske-soegeannoncer\/\">Dynamiske S\u00f8geannoncer<\/a> og begr\u00e6nset Google Shopping kampagner, hvilket ikke er godt. De voksede \u00e5r for \u00e5r og ramte ROAS-m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Men der kunne g\u00f8res\u00a0<strong>s\u00e5<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>meget mere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg er ikke den slags person som siger at alle konti burde k\u00f8re p\u00e5 vores framework. Jeg\u00a0<strong>roser rutinem\u00e6ssigt interne teams for at t\u00e6nke udenfor boksen<\/strong>\u00a0og ikke bare bukke under for &#8220;bedste praksis.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Men nogle gange er ops\u00e6tningen bare ikke god nok og\u00a0<strong>skriger p\u00e5 en ekstern gennemgang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h.l01occf3i5pm\">Stimulerer in-house teams &amp; lad dem ikke sidde i en silo<\/h3>\n<p>Dette er nok den st\u00f8rste udfordring med in-house teams. Alle de fordele der kommer med dem, s\u00e5som tilf\u00f8jet forretningsviden, en fork\u00e6rlighed for at skrive inspirerende annonce kopier, og en lavere omkostning ved eksekvering er alle tabt \u00e5r alt de laver er Google Ads.\u00a0<strong>De vil kede sig<\/strong>. De f\u00e5r ikke nye id\u00e9er til hvad man kan g\u00f8re. De bliver ikke inspireret. De f\u00e5r ikke feedback eller modtager nogen form for sparring.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alt vil v\u00e6re f\u00f8rste gang de ser det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Everything-will-be-the-first-time-they-see-something.jpg\" alt=\"Everything will be the first time they see something.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bare i den sidste m\u00e5ned, har jeg \u00e5bnet to in-house konti hvor de ikke kunne finde ud af hvorfor performance var faldende. I begge tilf\u00e6lde, l\u00f8ser jeg problemet i l\u00f8bet af fem minutter under den f\u00f8rste gennemgang af kontiene.<\/p>\n<p>En havde en redirect fejl p\u00e5 deres forside, og\u00a0<strong>den anden havde ikke opsat henvisningseksluderinger<\/strong>\u00a0da de skiftede deres betallingskanal.<\/p>\n<p>I det sidste eksempel,\u00a0<strong>bet\u00f8d det et nettotab p\u00e5 10.000+ konverteringer over fire m\u00e5neder<\/strong>. Ikke bare i konverteringer der ikke blev sporet, men fordi at hele kontoen k\u00f8rte p\u00e5 smart bidding. Det bet\u00f8d at buddene blev drastisk nedjusteret p\u00e5 grund af mangel p\u00e5 konverteringer.<\/p>\n<p>Det er disse scenarier, sammen med mange andre, som man bliver\u00a0<strong>s\u00e6rligt bekendt med n\u00e5r man arbejder i et bureau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Det er ikke fordi man er klogere. Det er\u00a0<strong>fordi at man har set n\u00e6sten alt f\u00f8r<\/strong>. Og n\u00e5r du ikke har set det f\u00f8r, s\u00e5 har du flere forskellige folk internt\u2014og eksternt\u2014som du kan sparre med for at f\u00e5 andre perspektiver p\u00e5 hvordan udfordringen kan l\u00f8ses.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/savvyrevenue.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/pasted-image-0-2.jpg\" alt=\"pasted image 0\" \/><br \/>\n<em>Jeg kunne ikke finde personen som st\u00e5r bag dette billede, men jeg vil gerne give ham credit for det.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h.basvgmv3415d\">Et 1-til-1 forhold mellem l\u00f8n og honorar holder ikke<\/h2>\n<p>Specielt mindre virksomheder kigger p\u00e5 bureauets honorar og sammenligne det med en in-house stilling, i troen om at de ville kunne f\u00e5 s\u00e5 meget mere ud af at ans\u00e6tte en i stillingen internt.<\/p>\n<p>Hos SavvyRevenue, joker vi med at de bedste kunder er etableret virksomheder som har:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00f8vet at k\u00f8re Google Ads internt<\/li>\n<li>Hyret et til to bureauer f\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00f8vet at k\u00f8re Google Ads igen<\/li>\n<li>Og s\u00e5 givet op<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fordi de ved at gr\u00e6sset ikke er gr\u00f8nnere. Vores worst-case kunde er n\u00e6sten altid en der ikke har pr\u00f8vet andre f\u00f8r. Fordi vi ved at de vil oph\u00e6ve kontrakten indenfor 12-18 m\u00e5neder p\u00e5 grund af \u201cgr\u00e6sset er gr\u00f8nnere\u201d effekten.<\/p>\n<p>Men at sammenligne en fuldtidsmedarbejders l\u00f8n med et bureaus honorar, resultere i at du er tilb\u00f8jelig til at nogen in-house misser pointen.<\/p>\n<p>Hos et bureau, burde du f\u00e5 gl\u00e6de af alle bureauets kompetencer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den viden de producere.<\/li>\n<li>De scripts de laver. De v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer de har.<\/li>\n<li>Det stiftende teammedlemmer.<\/li>\n<li>Specialisterne p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af de forskellige funktioner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Det er hvad du burde f\u00e5<\/strong>\u00a0n\u00e5r du hyre et godt PPC bureau.\u00a0<strong>Ikke kun det individ<\/strong>\u00a0som arbejder p\u00e5 din konto.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h.omo7q59uf0gu\">Andrew, nu negligere du jo bare in-house teams<\/h3>\n<p>Da vi l\u00e6ste denne artikel internt inden vi publicerede den, vidste vi at n\u00e6sten alle som der kommer til at l\u00e6se den, allerede ville se mig som v\u00e6rende negativ omkring in-house teams.<\/p>\n<p>Det er jeg ikke.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg elsker dem.<\/p>\n<p>Med den st\u00f8rrelse SavvyRevenue er i 2020, ville jeg ikke mange kunder ind som normalt ville bruge et in-house team. At s\u00e6tte 1-2 fuldtidsmedarbejdere p\u00e5 en enkelt kunde ville simpelthen v\u00e6re en for stor risiko for os.<\/p>\n<p>Men jeg tror at mange virksomheder har en\u00a0<strong>meget ensidig forst\u00e5else for hvad det kr\u00e6ver<\/strong>\u00a0at styre in-house marketingmedarbejdere. Ressourcerne det kr\u00e6ver for at kunne tiltr\u00e6kke dem, holde dem motiveret, opkvalificere dem og i det hele taget f\u00e5 det meste ud af dem er ikke til den lette side.<\/p>\n<p>Specielt p\u00e5 motivations\/opkvalificerings siden, har vi listet nogle forslag i en prioriteret r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sofia-pro, sans-serif;\">1.
